• Files: Files that you upload through the application.
• Metadata: Information about the uploaded files, such as file names and selected folder IDs in the Google Drive.
• Performance Data: Access information and permissions related to performance indicator Google Sheets.

How We Use the Data

The data collected is used solely for the purpose of uploading files to the Google Drive. Specifically:

• Files are uploaded to the folder (Standard) you select in the Google Drive.
• Metadata is used to organize and name the files according to the selected standard and your input.
• Performance indicator data is accessed through Google Sheets to display and manage standards-related information. Access is restricted based on Google Sheet permissions.

How We Protect Your Data

We take the following measures to ensure your data is secure:

• We use Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and authorization, ensuring that you & only Quality Officers have access to your uploaded files.
• Your data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection.
• No files are stored permanently on our servers. Upload metadata will be logged in a secure Supabase database for operational tracking and quality assurance.
• Access to performance indicator Google Sheets is managed through Google's permission system, ensuring only authorized users can view or edit specific standards.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not share your data with any third parties. While files and metadata are uploaded directly to the Google Drive and performance data is managed through Google Sheets, all access is controlled through Google's secure permission system. Upload metadata will be securely logged in a Supabase database to improve our services and ensure compliance.
